Paul Shinkfield

Paul commenced as the part-time Executive Director for IAMRA in December 2023. This followed 10 months under secondment in this role from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) where his achievements included the development of the IAMRA Strategic Plan 2023-2026, and facilitating delivery of the 15th International Conference on Medical Regulation in Bali Indonesia, in November 2023. Paul’s background includes roles as a clinical physiotherapist and health services manager in a variety of roles including Manager Community Rehabilitation Services for the Tasmanian Department of Health and Human Services (2005-2007), Manager Physiotherapy/Discipline Lead Physiotherapy Services at the Royal Hobart Hospital, Tasmania (2007-2013) and Project Lead, Tasmanian Health Pathways at Primary Health Tasmania (2013-2016).
